- Make sure Cody is fully charged by connecting him to the charging cable for at least 2 hours. The light will turn off once charging is complete.
- Check that the blocks are placed flat in front of Cody’s sensor and that they aren’t stacked or upside down. Try moving Cody closer to the block.
- Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone and that Cody is turned on. Restart both the app and Cody, then try pairing again.
