If you have issues turning ON and OFF your Qubitunes or if it does not behave normally, you can perform a hard reset. A hard reset will force Qubitunes to shut down the system and reboots it. If after a hard reset, your Qubitunes still does not behave normally, you can perform a factory reset. A factory reset will erase all data from your Qubitunes and will restore it back to its factory setting. You will lose all game downloads and Wi-Fi credentials. This is a non-reversible procedure. We advise you to perform the factory reset only as a last resort.
